The Very Inspiring Blogger Award

It is always such a pleasure and honor to be nominated  by people who like  and appreciate what you do. So I was really touch when I received a message from Melody Lesser, author of the online magazineEverBeautiful , (devoted to beauty, fashion, health and fitness for ageless women) who nominated me for The Very inspiring Blogger Award!

Thank you so much Melody.

Winning an award is a great way to start the year, to get more visibility and to share the blogs/sites that I like the most too.

The Very inspiring Blogger Award rules are as follows:

As the recipient you should

  • -Thank the person who nominated you by linking to his/her blog

  • -Display the award logo on your blog

  • -Link back to the person who nominated you

  • -State 7 things about yourself

  • -Nominate 15 people, link to them, and notify them about their nominations

So here we go 7 facts you didn’t (or may not) know about me:

1- I am very shy –  that is one of the reasons why I started organizing networking events in New York 10 years ago – So people will come to see me and say hello, so I won’t have to approach them. If I feel more comfortable now in a business event or environment, I am still the one in a corner of the room waiting for somebody to talk to me if I go to a social event…

2- I am half black (I know it is not obvious when you look at me). I love and I am very proud of my black heritage.

3- I have the dream to build an orphanage.

4- I get bored after 5 days of vacations and need to go back to work.

5- I won the skate championship from Normandy when I was 12 years old

6- I studied Law to become a cop!!! (Yes I know!)

7 – I have a phobia of cats and can’t even look at them 🙁
