Dig into the psychographics of your clients. It involves their dreams, aspirations, goals, problems, emotions and hopes and others.

To understand your client is to know about their outer and inner beings. This is where you start to incorporate your business. Marketing your products to them is very easy if you know that they feel the need to buy those stuff and you empathize with them. Knowing their story would let you understand where they are coming from. They will be more accustomed to you and you will know what drives them in their everyday lives.
