I have read several guide books for starting your own business, but I have to say this one is by far the best I have ever read. Everybody dreams of having their own business and building something to be proud of and we all know that is not an easy task. The competition is fierce and to make it to the top, you have to have the right tools to get there. This book gives you all of the information you need to not only start a business but greatly improve an existing one.  Have a plan, develop a winning team, be true to yourself, and be prepared to give it your all. Every aspect is covered in this book and no questions are left unanswered. It has wonderful tips and advice on each part of this endeavor and eaves nothing to chance. It is very well written and extremely easy to follow and understand. The chapters are all clear and concise and set up for easy reference. It is the most complete and comprehensive guide and leaves the reader feeling empowered and confident. I am impressed by the honesty of the author, Biba Pedron she shares her own experiences and her expertise is outstanding. She knows what works and what mistakes can be avoided and the links to her websites are a great asset. She offers to continue to help even after you have the book and that shows her compassion and dedication to wanting to help others succeed as she has. With a lot of work and a lot of heart, Biba shows it can be done. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who wants to take the first step to finding and making the dream come true.
